Confirmed floor plans include the Ashton (3,858 sq ft, 5BR, main-floor primary), Collet (5,767 sq ft, 6BR, soaking tub, luxe shower, huge walk-in closet), and Porter (4,302 sq ft, 6BR) — all with 3-car garages and Toll Brothers’ signature design quality.
The community features both rambler-style and two-story floor plans, with select designs offering a main-floor primary suite — increasingly rare and highly sought in the Herriman luxury market.
