This development has direct access to Skyline drive and the Manti La'Sal National forest range where there are 1.2 million acres of national forest to discover. This mountain escape is so serene and located just 30 minutes from the mouth of Spanish Fork canyon. It is just south east of Indianola right off of highway 89. Lot 72 is a mountain lot that is one acre. We have 1 acre lots up to 6+. The larger 5 acre lots will not have utilities for at least 3 years. All lots can be used for recreational uses for a limited number of days per year and until your lot is build ready. We will have a 2.5 acre swimming lake that you can use man powered equipment on. There are a ton of hiking and biking trails. Lots of common space to enjoy as well. The HOA is $500 dollars annually, this mainly pays for road maintenance. This development will eventually be gated. The preferred builder in this community is Lux-Homes when using Lux-homes there will be no premium on the lot. There will be a connection fee for all the lots that will be $15,000 per lot.
