Bounded by the Mountain View Corridor (west), 13800 South (south), Sentinel Ridge Boulevard (east), and 13400 South (north), the neighborhood offers exceptional freeway access for commutes to Silicon Slopes (15–20 minutes) and downtown Salt Lake City (25–30 minutes). Mountain Ridge features a diverse mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos — one of the few Riverton neighborhoods offering all three property types.
Mountain Ridge is a walking-distance school community within the Jordan School District. Students can walk to Juniper Elementary, Ridge View Elementary, and Mountain Ridge High School. On-site Mountain Ridge Park provides playground and open space. The community offers resort-style amenities including a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, and access to hiking and biking trails. HOA covers snow removal in common areas.
