Herriman Towne Center is the geographic and civic heart of Herriman, Utah — a 370-acre master-planned, mixed-use community developed by Momentum Development Group in partnership with Herriman City and Salt Lake County. The community spans the area around Herriman Rose Boulevard, Fort Herriman Parkway, and 13200 South, placing residents at the center of everything the city has to offer. Builders Holmes Homes, Fieldstone Homes, Garbett Homes, Century Communities, EDGEhomes, and D.R. Horton have collectively delivered a diverse housing mix: traditional single-family ramblers and two-story homes, 3-level townhomes with 2-car garages, and EDGEhomes condos — all within a walkable, amenity-rich setting. The project is expected to welcome its first businesses by late 2026, according to Herriman City. Schools are served by the Jordan School District. The community is home to an on-site elementary school built as part of the original Towne Center civic core.
