The community features beautifully landscaped yards, a large planned park, mountain views, a fire pit, pavilion, and green space — all part of a thoughtfully designed neighborhood built for comfortable, low-maintenance living. Mountain View Village (Target, Harmons, Costco, Cinemark) is minutes away, and commuting access to Silicon Slopes and Salt Lake City via Mountain View Corridor and Bangerter Highway is excellent.
Townhome features vary by story count.
