The neighborhood is bounded by 13400 South to the north, the Mountain View Corridor to the east, Crimson Patch Way to the west, and Gossamer Way/Red Admiral Drive to the south. Built primarily between 2004 and 2006, Monarch Meadows features a mix of single-family homes, townhomes, and condos — offering options for first-time buyers, growing families, and downsizers alike.

One of Monarch Meadows’ biggest draws is its walkability to schools and parks. The neighborhood literally surrounds Foothills Elementary School, which offers a popular Chinese Immersion program. Students continue to South Hills Middle School and Mountain Ridge High School, all within the Jordan School District. Three parks are within walking distance: Foothills Park, Morning Cloak Park, and Monarch Meadows Park (6.86 acres, est. 2005).
